Kristen Jarvis is the Founding Partner and Managing Partner of the firm. She is a strategic legal professional with a focused practice in landlord-tenant, administrative law, and quasi-criminal law, known for her analytical approach, procedural precision, and effective advocacy before tribunals and provincial offences courts. Kristen approaches advocacy with discipline and foresight.
She prepares matters with a clear understanding of how evidence, procedure, and credibility are assessed in real hearing environments, and is particularly skilled at navigating complex, high-conflict disputes. Her work reflects a practical, outcome-driven mindsetgrounded in law, fairness, and proportionalityrather than theory alone. She brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her practice and leadership.
Kristen has acted as a Per Diem Prosecutor for the City of Windsor, and is licensed to practice in British Columbia. Kristen also handles provincial offences matters throughout the Province of Ontario.
