Temple Of Justice Legal Service was created on March 2023 at the height of the LTB Case Backlog after the COVID 19 Pandemic, when access to justice was in dire need for both landlords and tenants of Ontario!
With in-depth expertise in the Residential Tenancies Act and a wealth of experience representing both landlords and tenants at the LTB, we're well-equipped to assist you with your legal matters.
Currently the landlord and tenant board is implementing a model of all proceedings being conducted virtually, enabling us to serve clients throughout Ontario. Varun Bhardwaj is a tremendously ambitious and disciplined problem-solver bringing to the table his plethora of hard and soft skills via his decade of unique experiences from different fields, whose focus is to achieve the goal of further facilitation of any legal operations and obligations you may have in an exponentially positive manner using his high acumen.
Starting off his career in the insurance industry in Ontario licensed with the financial services regulatory authority Ontario (FSRA) to manage , advise and market insurance policies for clients assets and interests.
Then Varun Bhardwaj transitioned into the Condominium Management industry of Ontario , another professional licensed industry dealing with the assets of its clients. Licensed by CMRAO the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario. This was a blended role which involved management , interpretation of legal documents , financials and customer service.
Finally Varun Bhardwaj decided to jump onto legal industry and especially focused on residential and tenancy law due to seeing the need in the market for expertise in this niche market.
Varun Bhardwaj graduated from Mohawk College located in Hamilton, Ontario with a diploma in Paralegal studies. Varun Bhardwaj was licensed by the LSO shortly after.
The Temple Of Justice Legal Service is well versed in law , asset management ( your properties) , customer service and problem solving from its decade worth of experience and growing.
The transitions between industries was because Varun Bhardwaj did not have control over every variable of the business working as an employee. Due to his need for autonomy and the ability to make swift decisions regarding the business, he went the self employed route and started the Temple Of Justice Legal Service. A place where he can control the pricing and seemingly operate with less restrictions (time restrictions).
Varun Bhardwaj is now in full control to truly make a custom tailored solution for his clients instead of just recycling someone else's products/service where the client doesn't get the best deal.
