West Point's founder has been in the collections / tracing industry for over 30 years and has a specialty in locating individuals within the confines of the privacy legislation, and takes pride in not utilizing confidential sources and acquires information legally and ethically.
Our unique team of investigators include Dr. ARIF QAMMAR, a family doctor from Oman, who speaks 7 different languages, who now works as a private investigator. His medical expertise assists clients with protecting them from liability from fraudulent injury claims, and his medical knowledge makes him an expert witness, that insurers accept.
At the age of 18, Johnson, entered the collections industry and found her niche in locating people all over the world. Johnson, has over 30 years of skip-tracing expertise, and has relied on obtaining data through legal and lawful means, and does not use confidential sources. Johnson, in 2021, was approved to be a participant in the innovation sandbox initiative of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Ms. Johnsons work in tenancy has garnered her the attention of MLA Janet Routledge, and the BC Housing Minister. Ms. Johnson further has had changes made to the RTA, specifically on how hearings are run and are now audio recorded. Ms. Johnson, has been a renter all of her life, and recognizes issues in tenancy both from a tenant prospective as well as a landlords prospective. Ms. Johnson, further takes on pro-bono cases depending on the situation, and further looks at the entire picture of the dispute.
In 2016, Ms. Johnson became a private investigator, licensed in British Columbia first moving on to licensure in Alberta, and recently obtained licensing in the Province of Ontario. Johnson is known for high monetary value of collections and asset locates, as well as her investigation skills. Johnson has a team of people below her that assist a variety of clients. Ms. Johnson takes pride in her diverse team, and specializes in serving clients from various cultural backgrounds.
West Point provides private investigation services to Openroom's Community Member base. The top use case is for Credit Check verification after Landlords have reported rental debt owing to Equifax through the Openroom Rental Debt Ledger System.
