Welcome to the May 2024 Edition of the Openroom Rental Nexus Newsletter where I share what's happening in our community and take you behind-the-scenes as we build Openroom.

Last month, Senior Reporter Ioanna Roumeliotis at CBC - The National interviewed a few of us for the story where landlords take matters into their own hands because of "desperation". I'd be lying if I said I wasn't desperate for changes to the housing crisis.
