Neat Tools for the Rental Ecosystem: Renters and Housing Providers Across Canada

#1: I had the opportunity to talk to the Co-Founders of the Door Insight team. Harbind and Tej aggregates A LOT of data about the rental market. One tool I thought was great was their fixed vs. variable mortgage calculator. Always good to make informed decisions for your future home or current home. Check it out →

#2: I caught up with Viler, CEO of SingleKey, this past summer. They recently launched the Universal Rental Application. This allows renters to share your application with as many homeowners as possible without having multiple pulls on the credit file. What!!! Check it out →.

#3: I caught up with the Leal brothers at Leasey.ai to learn about how AI is being used to revolutionize the Leasing market. Property management teams in need of streamlining, ad syndication, rent benchmarking and more. Check this out →.
