We help Ontario landlords and real estate investors mediate with delinquent tenants for unit vacancy and lease termination through "cash for keys" agreements. Our service focuses on reducing LTB wait times and alleviating the headaches and sleepless nights caused by:

About Alvin Wong

Alvin Wong is a Canadian real estate investor who is passionate about real estate and Tenant Landlord Mediation.

With just over three years of experience in real estate, Alvin has successfully managed six multifamily properties and 15 units. He specializes in the BRRRR strategy, joint ventures, multifamily properties, wholesale, short-term rentals, medium-term rentals, and long-term rentals, showcasing his versatility, creative financing, and expertise in the field.

In just four months as a Tenant Landlord Mediator, Alvin's unique approach to conflict resolution has helped landlords negotiate with their tenants for unit vacancies. He has assisted more than 20 landlords and successfully negotiated vacancies for 30 units. He frequently attends networking events and conferences to further educate himself in his trade.

In his off time, you will find him training for his full marathon and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He recently hiked for seven days to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.
